Frequently asked questions
Short, direct answers to the essentials.
How do you guarantee the equipment is genuine?
Every part ships with its manufacturer part number and serial, verifiable on the vendor's official tools — you can check any code right now with our Part Finder before you buy.
What is a part number and how do I find it?
A part number is the manufacturer's unique code for a specific configuration — it is printed on the device label, the carton, and in the vendor datasheet (e.g. P06149-B21 for HPE, C9300-24T for Cisco).
How can I check the warranty status of a device?
Enter the serial number or Dell Service Tag in our Part Finder — we link you straight to the manufacturer's official warranty lookup (HPE Support Center, Cisco, Dell support) where the authoritative status lives.
How do I request a price quotation (RFQ)?
Send us your part numbers and quantities via the contact form, email ([email protected]) or phone — we reply with pricing, stock status and lead time, usually within one business day.
Do you support end-of-life (EOL/EOSL) equipment?
Yes — for EOL gear we source genuine spares through secondary channels and cover the hardware under our own AMC contracts after the manufacturer warranty ends.
Which brands do you supply?
HPE (including Aruba), Cisco, Dell EMC, Lenovo, APC by Schneider Electric, Fortinet, Huawei and Juniper Networks — covering servers, switches, storage, optics, wireless and UPS.
