How does international sourcing work?
You submit a request, we search our international supplier network (UAE, Europe and Asia) and return a landed-cost offer in USD: product + freight + insurance + customs estimate. After approval, delivery in Iran is handled through our partner companies. Details on the global sourcing page.
Do you support end-of-life (EOL/EOSL) equipment?
Yes. For end-of-life equipment we locate genuine spares in the secondary market and through international suppliers, and state the condition (new, refurbished or used) explicitly in the offer. Post-warranty support can also be quoted through our partner companies.
What are the delivery times?
It depends on status: "in stock in Tehran" usually 1–3 business days; "short lead" 1–2 weeks; imports and international sourcing typically 3–5 weeks. The exact lead time is stated in every offer. Other cities are served by courier or freight.
